This role provides a better understanding of the insurance needs of corporate business entities and an opportunity to be involved in the entire sales process for corporate business insurance leading to a potential career in the insurance industry from sales, business development, product development, case management, underwriting to operations in the insurance industry.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support market research and analysis to find new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and set up tracking and fulfilment process to enhance governance oversight for customer and distributors campaigns.  

  • Track and analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Support basic new business case management and policy servicing follow ups.

  • Coordinate and organise meeting, workshops, training and engagement events related to business development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience  in the insurance industry, business development, sales, or market research is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights and good problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
