A Day in the Life

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to be an integral member of our highly successful Neurosurgery & ENT team in Singapore. You will represent a comprehensive and market leading portfolio with innovative solutions including Imaging, navigation, robotics, hydrocephalus therapy and cranial critical care.

 

The Neurosurgery & ENT team is part of our Cranial and Spinal Technologies portfolio and is the market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation. We are redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients.

 

Reporting to the Senior Associate Sales Manager, this unique and exciting role will see you receive dedicated on the job clinical and technical training to provide in-theatre support and clinical education to healthcare professionals.

 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience

  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
