Responsibilities include project governance, scheduling, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, process optimization, and continuous improvement. The role partners with business leaders, mentors project professionals, and ensures initiatives meet organizational objectives, timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.

Supports medical device production by developing, validating, qualifying, and improving manufacturing processes. Leads process qualification, SPC analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, automation and inspection initiatives, documentation, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and suppliers to improve product quality, throughput, cost efficiency, compliance, and production scalability.

Lead strategic marketing planning and execution for the AST portfolio. Manage product planning, launches, market development, research, and annual marketing plans. Coordinate cross-functional and geographic marketing activities, track campaign results, support trade shows, website development, and e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, market share, and therapy adoption.

Lead SAP warehousing, transportation, and trade compliance design and configuration (LE/WM), write functional specifications, support development and testing, manage integrations (EDI), and coordinate global SAP implementation and change processes.
