Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Specialist (also known as Sales Development Representative), you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting our sales teams in achieving success. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing guidance, maintaining records, and helping to create a smooth customer journey.

This is more than just an operations role. It’s an opportunity to be part of a growing business—ensuring that our sales teams are well-supported while delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

Your Role

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Assist in identifying potential leads and support overall sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in our system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and smooth operational support at all times.

Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and with a positive attitude.
  • Multilingual communication (English and Chinese) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
  • Customer-focused mindset—able to engage with confidence, civility and tact.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and messaging applications.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
