SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE PLATFORM SALES

Skillsoft Percipio is the AI-native skills intelligence platform, built from the ground up using multi-agent architecture—the same breakthrough technology behind Skillsoft’s CAISY™ solution. As a Senior Account Executive Platform Sales, you will help organizations and people grow together through transformative learning experiences powered by Percipio. The next-generation Percipio platform unifies learning, real-time skills intelligence, interactive learning experiences, and AI-powered content creation, giving leaders visibility and control in a world where adaptability is everything.

In this role, you will prospect for new opportunities within a base of customers, applying a hunter mentality with a strategic, value-driven, solution-selling approach. You’ll leverage Percipio’s ability to measure and close skills gaps across both humans and AI, directly linking workforce capability to measurable business outcomes. You’ll grow an ambitious pipeline through outbound prospecting, creativity, and hard work, navigating complex organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers, including the C-suite.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Drive platform revenue growth through existing Skillsoft customers.
  • Sell Skills Intelligence, Interactive Learning Experiences, Learning Management & Experience, and AI Powered Content Creation to organizations that are building their Skillforce of the future.
  • Partner with Specialist reps on cross-sell opportunities for white space within the base accounts.
  • Win by representing a solution line(s) with key competitive differentiators.
  • Influence the economic buyer at the senior leadership level.
  • Partner with related sales, marketing, and support resources in the successful advancement of critical opportunities and market penetration.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Skillsoft sales plays.
  • Meeting prep with research, agendas agreed on by customer and a tailored presentation coupled with impeccable follow-up.
  • Outline measurable and defined business objectives and goals with timelines, (related to revenue and growth of whitespace).
  • Provide management, feedback and recommendations on pipeline health, risk, opportunity, and progress.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector. selling Cloud/ SaaS, B2B, enterprise software to VP, SVP, and C-Level Executives with outstanding quota attainment history.
  • Experience in the learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Enterprise Technology Sales is required, preferably to enterprise platform customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling into APAC Enterprise segment across BSFI vertical
  • Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.
  • Advanced understanding of customer’s business, inquisitive, willing to challenge the customer conventional thinking, has a broad view/perspective.
  • Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company’s offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Expert knowledge/usage of Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 25%+ travel as and when required.
