Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

The GTM operations Team is the bridge between the Sales organisation and all other business functions at Fireblocks. We are responsible for the GTM strategy and planning, business analysis, operations and sales tools for the sales organisation. As our Sales organisation and business needs are growing, we are looking to scale our support capabilities for the sales organisation and other business functions that rely on our CRM. 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager who will provide direct operational support to our Go-To-Market teams in the APAC region and be a trusted advisor by proactively providing insights and being consultative to sales leadership. You will play a critical role in driving go-to-market efficiency and sales productivity, uncovering valuable business insights and executing business critical initiatives. You will also partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Customer Operations on various strategic initiatives that impact the Sales team and Fireblocks at large.

The role is for a strategic, hands-on operator who proactively drives efficiency, accuracy and clarity through data and technology. 

You’ll be:

  • Provide strategic recommendations and business insights to the Geo VP and other regional leadership through data analysis
  • Enable cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure consistent metrics, operational efficiency, and seamless execution across the revenue organization.
  • Drive strategic sales performance: Partner with revenue leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes, territories, and compensation models that support growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide day-to-day ad-hoc administrative support to BDRs, Sales Directors, Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams
  • Deliver data-driven insights: Own sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance dashboards to inform GTM strategy and resource allocation decisions
  • Support BDR activities (prospecting, target lists, data uploads and enrichment)
  • Help drive the adoption of our CRM (SFDC) to ensure proper use, forecasting best practices, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate territory mapping in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and change management.
  • Support GTM planning cycles by executing business analysis, delivering territory assignments, whitespace analysis and coverage recommendations
  • Manage and support our in region Quarterly Business Reviews in collaboration with the Geo VP of sales. 
  • Lead or participate in special projects such as Salesforce development, sales process development,  market expansion, new product introduction, and business analyses 
  • Delivers relevant sales enablement training, and attends operational meetings and is an active contributor and/or participant

You’ll bring:

  • 7+ Years of professional experience in either Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations in B2B SaaS business. Experience in Fintech companies is a plus.
  • Proficiency using software such as CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ). Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Outreach and Clay a plus
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDPICC) and Forecasting best practices.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex data analysis, policies and/or processes to various Sales Roles and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically when tackling requests from the internal and external stakeholders and keep Fireblocks interests as a priority
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, sales territories and segmentation strategies
  • Strong Analytical skills with experience in MS (Excel) and the ability to build charts and presentations to socialize analysis. Experience with Tableau a plus.
