Sales Operations Executive (Education)

Location: Based at United Square (typically), but flexibility required to work at Bukit Timah Plaza when needed

Working Days/Hours: Fridays to Tuesdays — Weekdays 10am–7pm, Weekends 8:30am–6:30pm

Salary: $3,200–$3,600/month

EligibilityOpen to Singaporeans/ PR/ MOE tuition grant recipients requiring Employment pass

Chess at Three is a fast-growing, venture-backed early education company from New York, now expanding in Singapore. We deliver two innovative, story-based programs for kids aged 6 months to 11 years:

  • Chess at Three – teaches chess to children as young as 3 through storytelling and play

  • Birchguard Quest – a fantasy roleplaying adventure that builds communication and confidence for ages 6–11

 What You’ll Do

As a Sales Operations Executive, you’ll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs. You’ll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.

  • Sales & Parent Engagement: Consult with new families, recommend programs, and drive enrollments

  • Customer Relationships: Build trust, manage ongoing communications, and upsell classes, camps, and workshops

  • Center Operations: Ensure classrooms are ready, prep materials, track inventory, and capture media (photos/videos)

  • Admin & Data: Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data. Assist with basic reporting

 What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year working with children

  • 1+ year in customer service or sales

  • Great communicator with a warm, confident presence

  • Detail-oriented and reliable

  • Able to work weekends and flexible weekdays

  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems

  • Bonus: Background in education or enrichment programs
