The Sales Manager, SEA is responsible for driving new business and account expansion across South East Asia through high-velocity, high-volume sales execution. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will own a broad territory and help grow StackAdapt’s presence across key SEA markets through disciplined pipeline management, sharp prioritisation, and a repeatable sales process.

Success in this role requires a resilient, hands-on mindset, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to move quickly across multiple opportunities without sacrificing quality or urgency. A successful Sales Manager will be highly organised, commercially sharp, and able to quickly qualify, progress, and close opportunities while maintaining strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.

You will understand clients’ business objectives and identify the right value propositions quickly, creating urgency and moving efficiently from discovery to close. You will work closely with internal teams as needed to support deal progression and share market insights that help inform broader team strategy.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and our Sales teams are regionalised. For this role, we are prioritising candidates located in Singapore.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and managing a high-volume pipeline across a broad account list
  • Identifying, pitching, progressing, and closing platform sales deals with local agencies and brands
  • Creating opportunities through consistent outbound activity and disciplined follow-up
  • Quickly qualifying accounts and prioritising the opportunities most likely to convert
  • Maintaining strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear pipeline visibility
  • Partnering with internal teams as needed to support deal progression and execution
  • Sharing market insights and customer patterns with the wider sales team

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in high-velocity B2B sales, growth sales, inside sales, commercial sales, or account executive roles, ideally within adtech, SaaS, martech, digital media, or advertising technology
  • A strong track record of success in quota-carrying, fast-paced sales environments
  • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with strong structure and prioritisation
  • Proven ability to create opportunities at scale through consistent outbound activity
  • Ability to quickly qualify, pitch, progress, and close new business
  • Strong CRM discipline and the ability to maintain pipeline quality despite high activity
  • Confidence building client pitch decks and the associated research to support new business conversations
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and DSP platform-based knowledge
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients within the region
  • Fluency in English is required; additional SEA language skills are a plus
