Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to contribute to the growth of our SAP solutions portfolio across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in enterprise software sales, a good understanding of SAP technologies, and a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.  The ideal candidate have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively externally and internally.

Position: Sales Manager – SAP Solutions

Location: Singapore (PR/Citizens only)

Module: SAP Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to sales initiatives for SAP products and services, engaging both new prospects and existing customers.

  • Execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional business goals.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior IT and business executives.

  • Collaborate closely with SAP, internal pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to design customized solutions and compelling value propositions.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure all opportunities are tracked and updated in CRM systems.

  • Stay current with SAP innovations, market developments, and emerging trends across the enterprise software landscape in Asia.

  • Represent the organization at SAP forums, industry events, and professional networking engagements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; 

  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 2 years focused on SAP solutions.

  • Knowledge of SAP transformations and Selective Data Transformation is an added advantage.

  • Strong grasp of SAP offerings such as S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

  • Skilled in navigating diverse organizational structures and multicultural environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • Prior experience in selling SAP solutions, either as a partner or within SAP directly.

  • Established relationships with senior executives in SAP-centric organizations.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific SAP applications across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, utilities and services.

  • Strong understanding of the APAC enterprise market related procurement processes.
