Role Overview

Harvey's Enterprise Sales Manager, Singapore will be the founding sales leader in the market, responsible for establishing and scaling Harvey's enterprise go-to-market motion across Southeast Asia. This role will build and coach a team of high-performing Account Executives driving the growth of Harvey's AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets in the region. As the first sales manager on the ground in Singapore, this person will define the local playbook, develop regional client relationships, and serve as a key member of Harvey's APAC founding team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, operate in a fast-paced environment, and build from scratch with limited oversight — combining the mindset of a player-coach with the strategic vision to scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape Harvey's presence in one of the world's most dynamic legal markets from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Establish Harvey's enterprise sales presence in Singapore, building the foundation for a high-performing regional team.

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative, solution-based Enterprise sales professionals as the market grows.

  • Own long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the Singapore sales team, including pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets.

  • Develop and adapt Harvey's sales playbook for the Southeast Asian market, documenting learnings that can be applied regionally.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Customer Success to build effective processes and solutions for regional clients.

  • Cultivate relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and professional services organizations across the region.


What You Have
  • 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.

  • Experience building or scaling Enterprise sales teams in APAC or emerging markets, ideally within SaaS or legal technology.

  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling methodology.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior legal professionals.

  • Demonstrated passion for AI and its potential applications in knowledge work, with interest in the legal profession and helping lawyers work more effectively.

  • Energized by ambiguity, early-stage environments, and building foundational processes from the ground up.
