Supports the VP, APAC by managing complex calendars, international travel, meetings, communications, agendas, presentations, action items, and confidential information. The role also coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, supports office administration across APAC, and drives ad hoc projects. It is an in-office Singapore position requiring strong judgment, discretion, organisation, adaptability, and executive communication skills.

Lead Harvey’s enterprise sales expansion in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Establish the regional sales presence, recruit and coach Account Executives, own pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, and daily team operations, and develop the local sales playbook. Build relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and professional services organizations while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver solutions for regional clients.

Lead and develop a Singapore-based team of Legal Engineers supporting Harvey’s APAC pre-sales function. The role oversees discovery, tailored product demonstrations, deal strategy, and legal workflow consulting for law firms and in-house legal teams. It partners with Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to improve conversion, synthesize customer insights, and guide positioning and roadmap priorities. The manager also ensures consistent, high-quality sales support and may travel to customer and company offices.
