Provides frontline technical support to enterprise customers using AI-driven products. Resolves issues involving AI output quality, application access, APIs, authentication, and error logs; manages competing priorities; collaborates on escalations; maintains product knowledge; documents interactions and feedback; and improves support processes, FAQs, and knowledge base content.

Lead Harvey’s enterprise sales expansion in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Establish the regional sales presence, recruit and coach Account Executives, own pipeline, forecasting, revenue targets, and daily team operations, and develop the local sales playbook. Build relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and professional services organizations while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver solutions for regional clients.
