Lead integration and adoption of Harvey across mid-market legal and in-house teams. Manage 40+ accounts with strategic implementation, training, playbook creation, metrics-driven health monitoring, advocacy, and feedback delivery to product teams to ensure renewals and expansion.

Partner with Account Executives to engage law firms and in-house legal teams, perform customer discovery, run tailored product demos, and demonstrate how Harvey's AI solves specific legal workflows. Build credibility with attorneys, create customer-focused content, collect and synthesize legal feedback for product and sales teams, research customers and competitors, and occasionally travel to client or company offices.

Founding Mid-Market Sales Manager for APAC based in Singapore. Build and lead a regional AE team, design sales motion and playbook, manage forecasting and pipeline, close deals, and partner with cross-functional teams to establish go-to-market and inform product strategy.
