Sales Performance and Incentives Analytics

As a Sales Performance and Incentives Analytics professional at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by providing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and incentives. You'll have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders to design and implement effective sales performance metrics and incentives that drive results.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to develop a deep understanding of OCBC's sales operations and incentives structures. You'll analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven sales strategies and incentives that drive business growth.
What you do
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Calculate sales incentive for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress
- Design and implement incentives structures that drive sales performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions

- Document procedure changes to ensure that we are audit compliant

- Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets

- Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required)
Who you are
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline - Finance/Accountancy/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics
- At least 1-3 years of experience in analytics/business management or a related field

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
