Develop small business loan portfolio through lead generation, prospecting, and sales activities; underwrite credit risk and identify mitigations; grow wallet share by understanding customer needs; ensure compliance with bank policies while executing development strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquistions
- Generation of new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, strategic tie ups
- To increase wallet share through via service and understanding of customers’ needs
- Underwrite credit risk by understanding and identifying risk areas and mitigating factors
- Ensure proper compliance of bank policies and processes
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferably with 1 year banking experience or related sales and marketing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
