About the Role
StraitsX is seeking a highly analytical, process-driven, and technical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to act as the primary operational right hand to the Head of Commercial, you will eliminate administrative bottlenecks, automate revenue pipelines, and take full ownership of the end-to-end technical onboarding configuration and billing lifecycle. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between highly technical implementation (BIN setups, system administration, platform mapping) and executive commercial support (billing, invoicing, and high-net-worth account management).
What You Will Do- Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle, managing program information, BIN setups, and network routing configurations for new client programs.
- Act as the critical link between Sales and Delivery, verifying all technical and data prerequisites are met during the "Pre-Implementation" phase.
- Serve as the central gatekeeper for client card design submissions, ensuring strict adherence to internal quality and regulatory standards.
- Drive daily invoicing, fee reconciliation, and automated billing workflows for enterprise and HNW clients to optimize cash flow.
- Partner with leadership to support high-net-worth relationships by preparing performance metrics and quarterly business review (QBR) data packages.
- Act as the custodian of the commercial tech stack, enforcing data hygiene across contracts, account milestones, and team entries.
- Design real-time forecasting dashboards and operationalize revenue gates to ensure 100% documentation completion at the "Closed-Won" stage.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Technical Implementation—ideally within FinTech, Digital Payments Infrastructure, Cards/Issuing, or SaaS.
- Deep, advanced expertise in CRM architecture (Salesforce or HubSpot) and enterprise billing/ERP systems. Familiarity with internal administrative payment engines (such as BMAS or similar card-issuing administration tools) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets modeling) with a proven track record of converting raw CRM data into clean, automated executive dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently align with diverse internal stakeholders, including Sales Directors, Head of Trading, Compliance, and Onboarding Leads.
