Relationship Manager, MMP Team

Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the Mass Market Premier (MMP) segment, providing tailored financial solutions and excellent service to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities**
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing MMP clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
* Identify and acquire new MMP clients through active prospecting, referrals, and networking activities.
* Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, offering appropriate banking products, investment solutions, and wealth management services.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team and branch financial goals.
* Provide proactive and personalized financial advice, ensuring clients are informed of market trends and product developments.
* Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
* Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Participate in marketing and client engagement events to promote RHB Bank Berhad's offerings.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the retail banking or wealth management sector, preferably with experience serving high-net-worth clients.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and wealth management services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages may be an advantage.
