Manage end-to-end Treasury transaction processing and settlement, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational controls, and risk mitigation. Oversee daily Treasury operations, resolve issues, support audits, prepare MIS reports, maintain procedures, and participate in projects, UAT, process improvements, and business continuity planning. The role also requires effective stakeholder communication, service excellence, and team collaboration.

Drive mortgage asset and liability growth by acquiring new customers through branches, tele-consulting, referrals, and partner networks. Build relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors, and high-net-worth prospects. Advise customers on mortgage products, provide pre- and post-sales service, achieve sales targets, cross-sell banking products, and ensure compliant documentation and advisory practices.

Manages financial governance, reporting, tax compliance, month-end and year-end close activities. Prepares financial statements, management accounts, reconciliations, audit schedules, and tax reports while ensuring IFRS/FRS compliance. Supports finance transformation, automation, system enhancements, and strategic reporting for finance leadership.

Supports the preparation, validation, submission, and documentation of internal, external, and regulatory reports. Performs data analysis, extraction-rule definition, cleansing, testing, and verification while monitoring reporting processes and deadlines. Handles CRS, FATCA, OTC derivatives, MAS, and enterprise regulatory reporting requirements. Contributes to reporting automation, process improvements, regulatory testing, and operational support while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and complete audit evidence.
