Manage end-to-end treasury trade processing and settlement, maintain operational controls, resolve issues, support projects, audits and reporting, update manuals, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Acquire and manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, drive revenue through lending and cross-sell, perform end-to-end credit evaluation and monitoring, mitigate credit risk, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide high-quality client service to achieve commercial banking targets.

Support daily treasury P&L, participate in UAT/regression/integration testing, perform data reconciliation and post-implementation support. Conduct KYC and AML transaction monitoring and investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, recommend FX strategies, and assist audits and strategic initiatives while driving process and system improvements.

Lead and implement credit risk management processes aligned with Group and Singapore regulatory requirements. Strengthen credit frameworks, policies, and controls; advise stakeholders; monitor macroeconomic and portfolio risks; prepare risk committee materials; act as ESG Risk Champion; collaborate with Head Office to roll out initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Perform daily limits activation, maintenance, and monitoring; ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; meet turnaround times; minimize operational risk; support process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
