Job Description:
- Responsible for management and implementation of reinsurance initiatives. Providing support to other special projects where the partnership with reinsurers are involved.
- Providing secretariat support to the Reinsurance Sub-Committee, including the production of the key Reinsurance management information.
- Responsible for the timely signing and execution of reinsurance treaties backing all reinsurance arrangements.
- Responsible for reinsurance administrative process, not limited to design and automate reinsurance process
- Liaises and negotiates with reinsurers to maximize PACS stakeholders benefits
- Responsible for financial reinsurance projects and reinsurance for new product pricing
- Design and enforcement on controls / SOP around reinsurance system setup and changes/enhancements
- Ensure proper documentation and implement best practices for the entire reinsurance work
- Responsible for reinsurance reporting to MAS, senior management and regional office
- Develop department plans, controls, resources and formulate policies in area of responsibility
- Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation
