Your Role

As the Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) Region’s Talent Development Leader, reporting to the Regional HR Director – you will lead, plan and organize a wide range of training activities across the region working with local, regional and global content. Responsible for assessing talent training needs and developing and delivering programs to meet learning needs for both technical and business operational team members.

Your role as the talent development leader, you will manage the planning, organization, coordination and facilitation of a wide variety of training activities and sessions; and arrange on-the-job training for As APME Region, including offices in Singapore (hub), Sydney, Bangkok, Tokyo, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with RMP and Regional HR Director to create a regional strategic talent development plan.
  • Act as a Regional Talent/learning leader for the APME region partnering with Office Managing Directors, Studio and Community Leaders.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Talent Specialists and Talent Coordinators
  • Identify and assess learning needs meeting regularly with the Studio Leaders to ascertain training and development needs.
  • Identify office subject matter experts (SMEs) within the leadership community across the region and the firm. Work with SMEs to create learning programs and accompanying training materials and presentations. Lead these initiatives from creation to delivery/implementation.
  • Partner with the local HR Managers for the creation and implementation of talent management and development initiatives.
  • Partner with Regional HR Director and Firmwide talent development on regional and firmwide initiatives.
  • Connect and collaborate with the firm Talent Development community and work with other Regional TD Leaders.
  • Develop, organize, and conduct learning programs and promote a learning culture.
  • Review, evaluate and analyze learning program effectiveness and recommend updates and changes.
  • Develop and implement learning opportunities that ensure a clear understanding of business procedures, policies and systems, including but not limited to, the GO! orientation program; leadership and talent development programs.
  • Track, monitor and report on learning activities and spending to budget
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the training programs in the region.
  • Engage and network with local learning providers/vendors.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in a talent development and regional learning facilitator or a lead role, ideally in a fast-paced professional services or consulting industry.
  • Outstanding ability to determine priorities, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through.
  • Passionate about learning and coaching.
  • Proven track record in building content and facilitating learning programs.
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite applications, particularly in Powerpoint and Excel; good AI working knowledge, experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen; extensive skills in thinking creatively; proven ability to see beyond the specific interests of the learning function to the broader picture, understanding the needs of growing people
  • Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple competing priorities; excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Proven ability to lead/manage change and the ability to coach, evaluate and mentor.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment.
