As Project Architect, you will manage design and delivery of projects, lead teams, ensure client communication, resolve issues, and foster relationships while promoting sustainability.

Manage end-to-end pursuits and RFPs for the Singapore office, develop high-quality proposals and presentations with strong graphic design, support pursuit strategy and interview preparation, contribute to SEA marketing and brand activities, collaborate regionally, and maintain proposal systems and workflows while integrating sustainability messaging.

Lead project-level BIM implementation across design and delivery, set up and manage Revit environments, develop BIM Execution Plans/EIRs, perform model audits and clash coordination, support Singapore IDD/CORENET X workflows, mentor teams, and improve workflows through automation and interoperability.

Provide studio-wide administrative and operational support for a regional hub: manage meetings and schedules, coordinate multi-timezone operations, support onboarding and HR initiatives, arrange travel and expenses, maintain confidential information, liaise with IT and office teams, and perform ad-hoc duties to ensure studio efficiency.
