Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally. Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission). Designed to adapt to every O&M strategy, services can be procured stand-alone or as part of an EnCompass™ partnership agreement. Additionally, the net-zero transition begins with the Installed Base and we continue to innovate across our ‘Sustain & Decarbonize’ category, which includes our made-for sustainability offerings.
As the Regional Process & Transformation Lead, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence and digital adoption within our local HUB. You will bridge global strategy with regional execution, leading the implementation of next-generation business processes that standardize, digitize, and optimize our operations. Your work will directly impact efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regional competitiveness.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex new business processes and digital solutions, ensuring they are standardized, efficient, and tailored to local requirements.
You will champion process excellence by identifying opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement, incorporating industry best practices and operational feedback alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
You will drive cross-functional process harmonization and digitization, establishing governance mechanisms to ensure compliance, accountability, and the successful integration of processes across the organization.
You will act as the change champion, promoting process adoption through targeted training and communication initiatives in collaboration with HR and training teams for smooth transitions.
You will ensure performance and cost-effectiveness by monitoring process adoption with data-driven insights and partnering with regional leadership to align improvement initiatives with budgetary goals.
You will document and maintain standardized methodologies and best practices to support ongoing process maturity and sustainable improvements.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, living our core values of safety and integrity.
