Tasks and responsibilities

The position will have a significant impact on the growth targets & sales numbers for SEA.

The candidate is assigned KPIs in contributing to both growth (MTP) & budget (AB) targets, and is expected to contribute both in strategic thinking, tactics planning & operational execution of the line-of-business activities (internally & externally). 

Market & customers:

Manage projects from insight development, idea generation to final stage of implementation while ensuring our product offerings meet the customers’, market and competitive demands. Special focus is on driving growth with our top (priority) customers in SEA.

Pipeline creation:

Take ownership of a number of N2M (near to market), concept/launch projects and co-own pipeline creation.

Part of this is developing and managing business cases, driving the execution of the PoC (commercial/technical anchoring).

Stakeholder management (internal/external):

As the job entails working across HQ, regions and functions great organizational and communication skills are needed as well as a drive to create results. Working closely with various stakeholders both within NZ and externally is a key part of the role.

Sales team partner in Pricing and portfolio Strategy

Be a partner for portfolio and pricing discussion for household care and bridge the strategy between sales and global team

White space identification and strategy

Identify white space and strategy with commercial team to drive penetration for household in the region. Support Must win battles and MTP planning for the SEA HHC business in the annual cycle

Marketing budget

Marketing budget planning and management for the year ensuring that budget is forecasted, approved and rolled out as planned

Basic Qualifications

A Master or bachelor business education (e.g. B.Sc./M.Sc. or MBA in Business or Marketing) or a technical education (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering combined with an MBA.

Experience from technical and/or commercial roles preferably in a B2B specialty company or a MNC FMCG company, where strong business acumen and business development skills has been proven.

Project management skills are a must & international experience is preferred.

Fluent spoken and written English is required.
