The B2C Marketing team’s goal is to design and execute marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue, partnering with the Sales, Design and Digital Marketing team. The team is responsible for developing marketing strategies based on solid market understanding, designing Go-To-Market plans with competitive consumer value propositions and executing marketing plans with attention to details.


This role specifically focuses on key gaming accounts by identifying marketing opportunities to scale existing businesses and developing compelling pitch decks to win new business. You will report to the Director, B2C Marketing and will be a key strategic collaborator with the Sales function along with the broader Marketing tea


Responsibilities:

  • Market Landscape Assessment: Identify opportunities in new titles, markets, and segments through market analysis and strong partnerships ahead of the competition.
  • Marketing Plan Development: Tailor plans for clients to leverage Coda’s product suite and diversify monetization with superior value proposition
  • GTM Plan Design: Design holistic GTM plan with TOFU, Coda Own & Operated media and paid media (SEM/Affiliates) to maximize marketing exposure within budget
  • Pitch Deck Development: Develop persuasive GTM pitch decks with strategic plans, financial estimates, and collaboration with Sales to secure new deals.
  • Report and analyze on campaigns and consumer funnels to help optimize marketing channels and ultimately how we grow revenue with higher ROI.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales, Design, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with B2C marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for driving innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C or growth marketing
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and strategies, preferably in/with Gaming industry
  • Experience with account management is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
