Position Summary

As an experienced Regional Marketing Manager, you will be a part of One Samsung B2B Team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads in selected vertical markets.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B online and offline marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the Integrated B2B regional marketing strategy and annual plan, aligned with business priorities, sales objectives and revenue growth.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing activities, including customer events, executive engagements, digital campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Vertical Business Development representatives and local sales teams to translate business and customer priorities into targeted marketing programs.

2. Content, Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement

  • Develop relevant B2B marketing and sales-enablement content, including presentations, case studies, customer references, sales materials and campaign assets.
  • Conduct and consolidate market, customer and competitor intelligence to identify trends, opportunities and evolving customer needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities to continuously strengthen our B2B positioning and marketing approach.

3. Regional Governance & Subsidiary Support

  • Drive alignment with subsidiaries across the region, providing guidance and ensuring consistency with regional Integrated B2B priorities.
  • Review subsidiaries' marketing activities, consolidate key achievements and results, and provide regular executive-level reporting.
  • Manage required Samsung internal processes and governance to enable effective and timely execution of Integrated B2B marketing activities.

4. Budget, Agencies & Performance

  • Own and manage the regional Integrated B2B marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources against business priorities.
  • Lead the selection, bidding and management of external agencies and partners, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely execution.
  • Define, track and report marketing performance and ROI, including lead generation, customer engagement, pipeline contribution and other relevant business KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a regional role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, across both digital and offline channels.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on and solution-oriented, with a strong “can-do” attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage complex processes and support demanding business requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with sales teams, customers, partners and agencies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Familiar with key B2B marketing platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, Google and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) solutions.
  • Willing and able to travel regionally as required.
