Get to know the Role:

As a part of the GrabAds Measurement team, you will work directly with our key regional advertisers and their media agencies to measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platforms. You'll take on the responsibility of educating them on our measurement tools, helping to scale their understanding and adoption of GrabAds' measurement solutions. These are the same solutions that you'll assist in building and scaling internally.

Reporting to the Regional Measurement Lead, you’ll partner cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders from both Regional & Country Teams across Marketing, Account Management, Ad Operations, Product Marketing, Media Strategy & Consumer Research teams.

The day-to-day activities :

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of measurement initiatives, measuring the true business value of ad spends
  • Develop measurement best practices & expertise to activate and scale adoption among clients
  • Engage in client conversations, results presentations, and consult with the sales teams to ensure appropriate design and setup of measurement studies 
  • Build data driven insight reports and dashboards to influence internal/external senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Partner with key accounts to provide good measurement that can lead better understanding their performance on the platform
  • Work on 1st or 3rd party measurement solutions for key accounts with a learning agenda 
  • Leverage measurement insights to develop compelling sales recommendations, pitches, and insights for both Regional and Country account management teams
  • Gather insights across campaigns to support marketing/sales enablement, thought leadership, and public articles to raise awareness for GrabAds

  • Setup and monitor ad effectiveness studies for advertisers
  • Engage in client conversations, results presentations, and consult with the sales teams to ensure appropriate design and setup of measurement studies 
  • Build data driven insight reports and dashboards to influence internal/external senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Partner with key accounts to provide good measurement that can lead better understanding their performance on the platform
  • Leverage measurement insights to develop compelling sales recommendations, pitches, and insights for both Regional and Country account management teams
  • Gather insights across campaigns to support marketing/sales enablement, thought leadership, and public articles to raise awareness for GrabAds

​The must haves:

  • 5 to 8 years of media measurement experience at a digital advertiser, media/publisher, or research agency, with the most recent responsibilities encompassing brand or performance ROI.
  • Experience working with data analysis tools like SQL, Python etc. is a plus
  • Working knowledge of global accounts measurement solutions such as marketing mix modeling, attribution, brand lift studies, and incrementality tests
  • Proven ability to derive effective narratives and recommendations from large data sets and reports, leading to strategic changes
  • Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task-management skills.
  • Experience in a data-driven organization, particularly in advertising agencies or complex marketing, is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with a growth mindset
  • A true team player, capable of working in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate effectively; proficiency in an additional SEA language is a distinct advantage
