Job Responsibilities

Recognition & Engagement

  • Design and implement an enterprise recognition framework that reinforces performance, values, and the behaviours critical to business success

  • Elevate flagship programs such as annual awards, long service awards, and enterprise recognition platforms

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale signature events (e.g. Annual Celebrations, Awards Ceremonies) to strengthen culture and employee pride

  • Develop innovative engagement initiatives leveraging both digital and physical experiences

  • Drive employee engagement action plans aligned to organisational priorities and EVP

Well-being & Employee Care

  • Design and deliver enterprise well-being and staff welfare initiatives that reinforce a strong culture of care and belonging

  • Integrate well-being into broader engagement and culture strategies

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace environment aligned to organisational values

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of events planning and management or related experience

  • Proven track record of success in event planning and management of large-scale events

Other Prerequisites

  • Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
