Play a pivotal role in our business
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance activities, driving continuous improvement, and managing non-conformances across processes and products.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Driving LEAN initiatives across production and support areas to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and enhance quality performance.
- Leading and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
- Performing statistical analysis (SPC, capability studies, Gage R&R, etc.) to monitor product and process performance.
- Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), including documentation, disposition, follow-up actions, and trend analysis.
- Collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure supplier corrective actions are effective.
- Training cross function teams on quality tools and share LEAN best practices.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have 5 yr of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles.
- Have good working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
- Have hands-on experience managing non-conformances and leading root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and apply GD&T principles.
- Have excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
