- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, particularly within the financial services sector (Insurance or Banking).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Monitor and report project performance, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance project team environment focused on delivery, accountability, and transparency.
- Good experience in project management , with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Background in the Banking or Insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), with the ability to manage Agile ceremonies and coach team members.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.
