Job Description
Drive innovation and readiness in Payments solutions as a Solutions Enablement and Readiness Lead, collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and strategic project execution.
As a Solutions Enablement and Readiness Lead within the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) team, you will collaborate with Product teams to manage the launch and modification of Payments solutions. Your primary responsibilities is to ensure that Client Onboarding & Service, Sales, and other stakeholders are prepared, with a client communication strategy in place. You will plan key milestones with product managers and stakeholders, ensuring readiness before any changes or new product launches. You are required to collaborate closely with the Central Migrations Office, supporting region project management of complex, multi-phased projects.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product leads to launch or modify Payments products.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify milestones and ensure stakeholder readiness.
  • Ensure Client Onboarding and Service readiness.
  • Manage Solutions Readiness for projects, coordinating with stakeholders for successful change delivery.
  • Provide project management support and strategic guidance to keep projects on track.
  • Build strong relationships with product and stakeholder partners.
  • Track project progress using Workfront for accurate reporting.
  • Support the Solutions Readiness Team and initiative tracking.
  • Share best practices and learnings.
  • Facilitate internal reporting and prepare stakeholder updates.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives to enhance processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of project management or relevant experience.
  • Proven project management experience in financial services.
  • Understanding of Payments products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration at all levels.
  • Ability to provide updates at either an executive level or in deep detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with independence and integrity.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills for efficient project management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications and project management tools like Workfront.
  • Experience managing projects (no tech background required).
  • Knowledge of Payments products and solutions.
  • Ability to drive progress and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience of collaborating across regions and cultures.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese languages is preferred in order to communicate with stakeholders in China and Japan.
