About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us for a high-impact government project under government, focused on application system migration to GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) and GDC (Government Data Centre) environments.

This is a critical role where you will manage the full project lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project goals, and timelines.

  • Drive the successful migration of application systems from on-premises infrastructure to GCC and GDC.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders for smooth execution.

  • Ensure all project documentation complies with governance and audit requirements.

  • Manage change requests, UAT planning, and implementation schedules.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.

  • Proven experience in migrating systems from on-prem to GCC/GDC environments.

  • Strong project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Must be eligible to pass CAT2A clearance (mandatory).

  • Familiarity with public sector IT standards and processes will be advantageous.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
