About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Marketing Senior Manager/ Manager, Southeast and North Asia (SENA) to drive our marketing initiatives across this region. In this fast-paced role, you'll execute multi-channel campaigns, manage events, and work closely with our dynamic sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment, brings creative solutions to marketing challenges, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. You'll be juggling multiple projects, from running digital campaigns to organizing events, while collaborating with various teams across the region. We need someone who's passionate about marketing execution, loves to see immediate results, and brings fresh ideas to the table. What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for the SENA region, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
Oversee and optimize marketing budgets, project timelines, and foster strong relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Continuously refine and optimize campaign performance through rigorous data analysis and actionable insights, driving improved ROI and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to enhance lead qualification processes and accelerate pipeline development.
Liaise with emerging technology teams to develop compelling product marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the value proposition of new offerings.
Strategize, plan, and execute impactful events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads, build brand awareness, and engage key stakeholders.
Systematically track, measure, and analyze marketing metrics across all channels, providing a holistic view of performance.
Generate and present data-driven insights to inform and shape strategic planning, contributing to long-term business growth.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology
Experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms
Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently, keeping to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross functional collaboration
Experience in Southeast Asia and North Asia markets
Hands-on experience with marketing tactics, including ABM, digital, webinars, and event management, from planning to execution
Bonus Points:
