What does a Project Manager (Freelance On-site) do at Hogarth?
This vacancy is for upcoming short-term projects in June to October 2025. This will be an on-site freelance role where you would be required am to work full days on-site at the office. Each campaign will be about 3-5 weeks long and ideally we are looking for full time freelancers who can commit throughout intermittenly.
The Project Manager manages end-to end content updates across the SEA markets, uploading new content and making changes to existing content on the CMS. You will require strong communication as well as organisation and time management skills as multi-tasking will be a core part of your role.
- Ensuring the briefs received from the Client are clear and all assets are complete and appropriate for use
- Managing the localisation production process within the markets in your portfolio, which includes:
- Uploading packaged files
- Checking and validating the staging site
- Troubleshooting if any issues on CMS
Requirements
- 2+ Years Experience working in a content management/account servicing/project management role within advertising/marketing
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding creative and production environment
- Flexibility is essential to this role and working beyond the 9:00-18:00 framework and on weekends.
