Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Governance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Establish and enforce project governance aligned with the company’s IT PMO standards and policies.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to IT change management and audit requirements (e.g., SOX,  ITGC).

Project Execution and Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day project execution for SAP, Power Platform, and Source to Pay or any other initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, Power Platform developers, and external implementation partners.
  • Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Manage project documentation, including business requirements, functional specs, test cases, and training materials.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Act as the single point of contact between IT, business users, and vendors.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and ensure business needs are clearly translated into technical deliverables.
  • Negotiate and monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between teams and external partners.
  • Executive-level communication across diverse cultural and geographic contexts.

Application Integration and Change Management

  • Ensure proper integration between SAP, Power Platform, and eProcurement solutions within the enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Integration teams to manage dependencies and testing.
  • Oversee UAT planning and cutover execution.
  • Coordinate change requests, ensuring impact assessments and approvals are completed per policy.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery and optimize system usability.
  • Support post-implementation review and lessons learned to enhance project practices.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and maintain documentation for future reference

Requirements:
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise application projects globally
  • Hands-on experience with SAP projects (ECC or S/4HANA), Power Platform development, Source to Pay or any enterprise application system implementation.
  • Proven track record managing multi-phase or multi-country projects.
  • Experience in deploying applications to Europe and/or America will be a bonus. 

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Order to Cash).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based application projects (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or custom eProcurement).
  • Understanding of IT integration frameworks and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Azure).
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with strong ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management Certification.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • SAP Activate
