Introduction:
Platform manager to lead 55BCDL platform end to end activities responsible for aligning plans across teams (development, enablement, reliability, product management, sales, etc.), interfacing with customers, driving adherence to plans and addressing gaps that arise to ensure program success

Your Job:

  • Plans, monitors and manages internal technical programs from initiation through completion

  • Program manage overall platform from project inception to product delivery

  • Leads cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products/program

  • Reports overall platform performance to senior management and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions if necessary

  • Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases

  • Drive stakeholders to identify product/program gaps, define product requirements and engage with customers to communicate program status and confirm customer requirements

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 12+ years in semiconductor IP/product/process development 

  • 8+ years of prior experience in a program management/ technical project management role managing multiple programs to successful closure 

  • Min 5+ years' experience in power related processes/products.

  • Demonstrated skills with recognized program management tools 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments 

  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines 

  • Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization particularly in a global environment and experience in working with external constituencies

  • Strong background in customer engagements with demonstrated customer engagements 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments 

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification is highly desirable 

  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment.
