What You will Own
Strategic Program Leadership - End-to-end accountability for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs spanning 5G Core, Cloud-Native Networks, OSS/BSS, and IT modernisation. You'll build governance that keeps SteerCos sharp, risks visible, and decisions moving.
Executive Stakeholder Partnership - The trusted face of delivery to Singtel's leadership and partners. Transparent, credible, and composed under pressure, you'll turn complexity into clear narratives that sustain long-term relationships.
Delivery & Execution at Scale - From cutovers on live infrastructure to go-lives affecting millions of subscribers, you'll enforce rigorous change management, MOP discipline, and risk controls. On-time and on-budget are your standard.
Financial & Commercial Accountability - Own the program P&L: revenue recognition, cost control, margins, WIP, and billing milestones. Negotiate contracts, change requests, and claims with sharpness and integrity.
Cross-Functional People Leadership - Lead diverse, cross-cultural teams across Core, RAN, IP, Cloud, and OSS/BSS. Build a culture of accountability and develop the next generation of leaders.
Risk, Quality & Continuous Improvement - Surface and mitigate risks, champion audit-readiness, drive lessons learned, and push automation and standardisation that makes every future program smarter.

What You Bring
- 15+ years in telecom delivery; 7+ years leading large transformation programs at Tier-1 operators or complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience with 4G/5G Core, Cloud-Native platforms, OSS/BSS, or IT transformation - ideally across SEA or APAC markets
- The ability to walk into an engineer's war room and a boardroom with equal confidence
- Executive-level communication that builds trust fast
- Sharp commercial instincts - contracts, margins, and how delivery translates to business outcomes
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications a plus
- Bachelor's in Engineering or IT (Master's preferred)
