The CPM is responsible for Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) execution accountability, compliance to group, legal, and financial directives. A key part of the role is delivering value and benefit recognition through each project, for the benefit of both Ericsson and our clients.
What you will do:- Align pre-sales CFR with the contract and delivery.- Develop project plans for approval and target execution.- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment throughout all stages of execution.- Ensure financial performance to meet target Unadjusted Margin.- Uphold delivery excellence within defined scope, budget, and timeline.- Comply with applicable directives, with focus on zero impact on people and environment.- Maintain data accuracy for conscientious and reliable reporting.
