Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead production teams to meet daily targets while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
- Provide shift leadership and act as the first point of contact for production and area emergencies
- Execute site safety programs including permits, audits, housekeeping, and incident investigations
- Coordinate activities across units and support troubleshooting of process or equipment issues
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Laboratory teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and reliability
- Manage staffing, overtime, performance reviews, and employee conduct
- Ensure clear and accurate communication across the organization
- Maintain accurate timekeeping, attendance, and electronic records

- Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Strong understanding of safety, food safety, and operational discipline
- Ability to manage schedules and respond to unplanned events
- Ability to coach and develop employees
