Leads the commercial business across Greater Asia and Saudi Arabia, overseeing regional sales growth, profitability, forecasting, pricing, customer relationships, market strategy, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional execution. The role develops growth opportunities, manages key accounts and people, monitors fragrance and beauty-market trends, and drives olfactive strategy and creative direction. It is based in Singapore in a hybrid work environment.

Conduct analytical and sensory testing of raw materials and finished products using laboratory instruments. Prepare samples, release products, calibrate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot testing issues, support investigations and deviations, maintain GLP and 6S compliance, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain on quality concerns. The role also involves documentation, chromatogram interpretation, method validation, and continuous improvement of laboratory workflows.

Prepare and weigh formulas, trial oils, dilutions, and smelling strips; manage material orders and SAP tasks; maintain records in Excel; supervise junior assistants; ensure lab cleanliness and report abnormalities.

Manage and grow a global fragrance account across Southeast Asia, driving sales and commercial targets. Lead local and regional projects, identify market opportunities, support product and olfactive strategy, resolve commercial and supply-chain issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams while providing strategic forecasting and reporting.

Lead savoury product formulation and innovation across plant-based meats, sauces, soups, condiments, ready meals and meat products. Drive technical strategy, recipe databases, ingredient functionality, and concept generation using IFF technologies. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Flavorists, Consumer Research, Regulatory and R&D to address portfolio gaps, guide market-specific tastes, and deliver customer-focused, commercial solutions.
