Prepares and weighs fragrance formulas, trial oils, dilutions, samples, and smelling strips for perfumer evaluations and testing. Manages raw material and packaging orders, application tasks, and creation records using SAP and Excel. Supports material consistency checks, supervises junior assistants, maintains lab cleanliness and equipment functionality, and reports safety incidents. The role requires basic compounding knowledge, safety awareness, computer skills, and careful task execution.

Designs and optimizes manufacturing processes, improves productivity, yield, quality, capacity, and cost performance, and analyzes production data to resolve operational issues. Leads operational excellence, EHSS risk assessments, HAZOP studies, CAPEX projects, process scale-up, manufacturing transfers, commissioning, and technology implementation. Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D, and external manufacturing partners in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Leads the commercial business across Greater Asia and Saudi Arabia, overseeing regional sales growth, profitability, forecasting, pricing, customer relationships, market strategy, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional execution. The role develops growth opportunities, manages key accounts and people, monitors fragrance and beauty-market trends, and drives olfactive strategy and creative direction. It is based in Singapore in a hybrid work environment.
