The Production Associate II is responsible for carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology;
This position reports to the Supervisor, Production and is part of the Manufacturing Production Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
- Support improvement efforts and assigned projects
- Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
- Able to support operations by working 12-hour shifts whenever required
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg
t would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
- SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
