Drives revenue growth across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore by prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Manages new and existing customer relationships, develops account strategies, maintains pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems, and collaborates with Marketing, Technical Applied Science, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales teams. The role engages scientific, procurement, and commercial stakeholders virtually and in person, with travel of up to 20%.

Leads global project procurement and process excellence across sourcing, supply chain, and manufacturing initiatives. Oversees procurement teams and shared services, governs project portfolios, drives supplier readiness, cost optimization, material availability, risk management, regulatory compliance, process standardization, automation, and data integrity. Partners with R&D, Operations, Product Management, Quality, Commodity Management, and Danaher Business System representatives. This on-site Singapore role requires international travel of up to 35%.

Develop and maintain functional circuit testers and camera test/calibration software for PCBA and electronic subsystems. Prepare software validation plans, perform test qualification, drive cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects, and support new product testing and prototype production in a cross-functional environment.
