The Vice President leads a large team to drive profitable revenue growth, manage P&L, and develop long-term strategies for commercial operations in the HGM region.

Ensures regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP, ISO, IEC), supports cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement prior to product transfer to operations.

Own regional end-to-end demand forecasts for hardware, consumables, and service parts. Combine statistical forecasts with commercial inputs, align stakeholders, support S&OP, monitor KPIs (MAPE, bias, service level, inventory), identify root causes of variation, highlight risks, and drive continuous improvement.

The Project Manager leads global transfer, localization, and integration projects, ensuring compliance with standards and managing cross-functional collaboration. Requires extensive experience in product management and operations.

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and modification of semiconductor cleaning and high-purity equipment; support installation, commissioning, and scale-up; develop and qualify cleaning recipes and processes; collaborate with technicians, engineers, and manufacturing to improve process reliability and transfer products to production.
