The Vice President leads a large team to drive profitable revenue growth, manage P&L, and develop long-term strategies for commercial operations in the HGM region.

Perform sampling, inspection, and microbiological testing (e.g., bioburden, bacterial endotoxin) on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, documentation, and timely product release.

Operate production machines and equipment following EHS, Quality, and 5S standards. Support continuous improvement projects, perform basic troubleshooting, work rotating 12-hour shifts, and occasionally lift up to 20kg. Preferred: cleanroom manufacturing and SAP/ERP experience.
