Establishes regional governance, standard work, KPIs, risk management, resource prioritization, and continuous improvement practices. Builds and develops high-performing project management teams across Asia, manages executive customer relationships, and maintains accountability for delivery, financial performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Drive commercial excellence for APAC bioprocess by partnering with regional commercial, finance, and product teams to improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and revenue trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop recovery plans. Lead funnel reviews, assess opportunity health, present strategic recommendations to leadership, and align cross-functional resources to support annual business objectives.
