About The Opportunity

As the Team Lead, you will spearhead the team’s efforts to define product direction, foster cross-functional collaboration, and elevate the team’s capabilities to new heights.

What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, in hyper-growth global tech companies.
- 3+ years of expertise in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty system, and platform products, with proven success of driving growth through innovative product solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define product positioning and build comprehensive roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of data analysis, user research, and campaign performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
