Responsibilities

  • Support the game as a product, assisting in roadmap planning, feature definition, and delivery from early concepts through live operations.
  • Take ownership of assigned features or systems, ensuring they are clearly defined, implemented well, and continuously improved after release.
  • Translate player behavior, feedback, and metrics into product insights and iteration proposals.
  • Support game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through data analysis, testing, and continuous tuning.
  • Help define game systems and features, ensuring clear gameplay loops, progression, and player motivation.
  • Create and maintain clear product documentation (PRDs, feature specs, flows, diagrams, visual references) to align the team.
  • Work closely with engineering, art, and analytics teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and clarity.
  • Maintain a strong quality bar for shipped features and actively contribute ideas to improve the live game.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related analytical fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make structured decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, evaluate information objectively, and consider multiple perspectives.
  • Proactive, curious, and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Genuine interest in casual games, with enthusiasm for playing, analyzing, and contributing to game creation.
