Role Summary

The Product Owner is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of platform capabilities supporting the business, within the context of a regional platform.

This role owns delivery from initial business requirements through user journey and UI design, build, testing, release, and change adoption, while ensuring alignment to regional platform standards, architecture, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Product & Delivery Ownership

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery from business requirements through user journeys, UI design, build, testing, release, and change adoption.

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities and regional constraints.

  • Ensure delivered outcomes meet business objectives, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Regional Platform & Product Alignment

  • Align local requirements to the regional platform strategy and roadmap.

  • Maximise reuse of regional baseline capabilities while minimising local divergence.

  • Balance local business needs with regional standardisation without compromising other markets or platform integrity.

Delivery Execution, Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Plan and manage delivery milestones, releases, dependencies, risks, and post‑production stabilisation and support, with clear status reporting.

  • Drive change readiness, training, rollout, and smooth adoption with minimal business disruption.

  • Act as the primary interface across business, credit, risk, operations, regional platform, and technology, facilitating timely decisions and escalation.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and Proven Product Owner experience with strong domain expertise in project delivery.

  • Experience delivering solutions on regional or multi‑market platforms, balancing local business needs with regional standardisation.

  • Proven end‑to‑end project delivery experience, including requirements definition, UAT, implementation and change management.

  • Experience in Agile approach would be preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project methodologies and ability to produce quality project artefacts.

  • Experience in Agile approach would be preferred.

  • Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written) with strong stakeholder management across business and technology within regulated financial services environments.

  • Solid techno‑functional and analytical capabilities. Structured, logical problem solver with strong execution focus.

  • Results‑oriented, resilient and collaborative team player.
