The Product Marketing Executive is responsible for developing marketing strategies for various customer segments, collaborating with product teams on positioning and messaging, launching products, and creating marketing materials. This role involves analyzing digital marketing campaigns, managing user acquisition experiments, and conducting competitive analysis to enhance revenue and reach targeted audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, devise marketing tactics and strategies for the different prospective customers at all phases of our buying funnel (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action);
- Collaborate with product team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas;
- Provide support in the launching of product releases and facilitation of cross-functional implementation of launches;
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users;
- Design and develop internal and external marketing tools/collateral and work with various teams on implementing such materials
- Assist with reporting and performance analysis of all digital marketing campaigns;
- Create, implement & manage user acquisition experiments.
- Manage a suite of digital marketing tools to determine efficacy of campaigns
- Recommend tools, technologies and processes that will scale marketing efforts and lead to impactful growth hacks;
- Conduct competitive analysis of industry and keep track of upcoming/existing competitors and their offering
- Keep abreast with the emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing
- Identify and implement methods to nurture both prospective and active customers through automated workflows in CRM systems and other marketing automation platforms
- Key metrics to measure progress
- Revenue growth from new business and accounts involved
- Development of product marketing materials
- Closing rate using new strategic sales decks
- Adoption of materials used by sales / account management teams
- Comfortable with numbers/metrics and displays strong analytical skills
- 1-3 years experience into product marketing and knowledge of ad-tech/digital marketing
- Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various channels such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, social media, help centre, and email marketing campaigns.
- Research and analyse industry trends and use the insights to create content that positions our AdTech solutions as the go-to solution for our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing to create content that aligns with our brand messaging and business objectives.
- Edit and proofread content created by others to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.
- Optimize content for SEO to ensure it is discoverable and ranks well in search engines.
- Manage our content calendar to ensure a steady stream of content is being published.
- Passionate about digital marketing and has a good understanding/appreciation of the Web, technology, media and advertising field;
- Demonstrates commitment to quality sales and customer service
- Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to details;
- Self-starter, takes initiative and is able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks allocated;
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic, ever-changing priorities and fast-paced environment;
- Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practices;
- Good command of written and communication in English; Additional Asian language will be advantage
