Summary

  • At Baxter Singapore, you will have the opportunity to shape strategic marketing plans that drive innovation and execution excellence. In this role, you’ll lead projects, analyze data, and conduct market research to design impactful programs for assigned products and therapies. You’ll collaborate across functions, influence business growth, and build trusted networks with key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create impact: Develop product brochures, sales presentations, and data analyses that inform strategy and forecasting.

  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with the sales team to enhance the effectiveness of sales aids and medical publications.

  • Lead with accountability: Plan and implement marketing activities within approved budgets, ensuring measurable outcomes.

  • Shape strategy: Partner with your Manager to analyze competitors and internal strengths, contributing to sustainable strategies for Baxter Singapore.

  • Drive projects: Take ownership of cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of performance targets.

  • Expand markets: Design marketing programs that deliver short‑term wins and long‑term portfolio growth.

  • Build influence: Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, patient associations, suppliers, and government representatives.

  • Gain global exposure: Collaborate with regional and global teams, sharing standard processes and aligning strategies.

  • Launch innovation: Play a key role in new product launches, contributing through tactical planning and execution.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.

  • Proven track record of consistent performance in sales or marketing.

  • Strategic problem solver with innovative ideas and strong analytical skills.

  • Leadership ability to drive executional excellence.

  • Skilled in KOL management and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Motivated, passionate about achieving goals, and a strong teammate.

  • Commitment to Baxter’s Code of Conduct, ethics, and compliance.
