The Product Manager will define product vision, lead development teams in an Agile environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage technologies to drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Market & Customer Research: Conduct research, analyse trends, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Product Development Leadership: Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams, leading sprint planning, backlog management, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to ensure successful product development and deployment.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee product launches, updates, and phase-outs to ensure continued relevance and support.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, monitor adoption and usage, and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Provide product expertise, assist in demos, proposals, and customer engagements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress, risks, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solution Innovation: Leverage IoT, AI, cloud, and digital platforms to drive sustainable outcomes and create differentiating solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services) or related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in building technologies, smart building solutions, or sustainability-focused roles.
- Strong track record in Product Management, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership.
- Technical Skills:
- Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, IoT platforms, Digital Twin, CMMS.
- Agile Product Development (Scrum Product Owner experience preferred).
- Data-driven approach to product performance and customer success.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions.
