As a Software Product Manager, you shape and elevate our digital operator experience by leading discovery, defining intuitive user journeys, and delivering high-impact features through close collaboration with the software team. You translate operator and business needs into thoughtful UX, clear product requirements, and features that enhance guest engagement and drive meaningful outcomes. 



Job Description

  • Create or collaborate with team members to make high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes, define workflows, information architecture, and UX copy
  • Translate UX and user and business needs into epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria, own the backlog, run Scrum ceremonies, and drive predictable feature delivery from discovery through build, QA/UAT, release, and iteration.
  • Validate features with users through iterative testing and feedback sessions, ensuring each feature delivers value, solves pain points, and meaningfully enhances the overall experience.
  • Run structured discovery with operators and internal stakeholders through interviews and on-site feedback to uncover guest experience opportunities, and translate insights into features.
  • Collaborate closely with the Software Lead and development team to align on scope, technical trade-offs, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Own and communicate regular updates about development decisions, progress, and risks clearly with the management team and team members.
  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap through competitor analysis, market research and data analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Passionate about and immersed in gaming and arcade culture.
  • Curious, hands‑on, and eager to experiment and build.
  • Highly resourceful problem solver who can independently find solutions.
  • 3-5 years experience in a product management role
  • Software product management experience is required; hardware product management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in software engineering preferred. Must be proficient and comfortable with reading code.
  • Multiple full product cycles under your belt, shipping products from ideation all the way through launch/release.
  • Strong leadership and organization, with practical problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator with experience presenting to development team, executive leadership, and externally to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin



Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred: Computer science, software engineering, IT.
