Responsibilities
Own the monetization strategy for the AI Agent product, including pricing, plans, and conversion flows.
Define and track key revenue and commercial metrics.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve paid conversion and revenue without hurting user experience.
Partner with Growth and Core Product teams to align monetization with product value.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in monetization, subscription, or revenue-focused product roles.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive clear insights from complex metrics.
Mature judgment on balancing user value and business outcomes.
High standards for UX and product design quality.
Deep interest in the long-term commercial potential of AI products.
