You will report to a local Business manager for the business. You will be tasked to develops business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for assigned products. Your job would also covers maintain current status of customer requirements for products. Identify marketing opportunities consistent with product line goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet organization and global department goals, including financial performance.
  • Supports global sales & marketing organization with the objective of understanding customer needs, exceeding financial goals, and gaining incremental market share.
  • Collaborate with global sales and marketing team in implementing key commercial programs to seek incremental growth.
  • Knowledgeable of global industry trends, customer issues, competition, system integrity
  • Collaborate with a team such as development engineering, quality engineering, supply chain, other departments etc to exceed customer experience.
  • Lead/co-lead new product introduction (NPI) with many other partners through our common product development process and agile process from idea generation stage to development to product launch, meeting performance, functional specifications, customer' valued driver, time to market, development cost, product cost, and reliability goals.
  • Improve by bringing a steady stream of new ideas for new product introduction, line extensions, enhancements, or productivity by applying market, customer, industry, application, and technical knowledge and is in consideration of our strategic direction. lead a collaborative effort among a diverse team.
  • Understood goals and determines the process to meet goals. Open to receiving and sharing of new ideas.
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining an organized backlog and relentlessly prioritize. Drive outcomes.
  • Ex 3+ years of experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of influencing capability

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own and outside area of expertise.
  • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning critical functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Demonstrate customer-centric culture to understand our internal and external customers.
  • Experience using a CRM software system.
